Mindfulness, what does it mean to be mindful? And how do we start becoming mindful and what are the benefits that come with being mindful? Mindfulness is being aware of your thoughts your feelings your emotions in the moment without judging your thoughts without judging your emotions without any judgment at all, it is to be excepting of self of your emotions and thoughts! Excepting that there is no good or bad there is no right or wrong in how you’re feeling and any given moment and what your thoughts are in any given moment and how your emotions feel in your body your sensations and validating them acknowledging them and not judging them in anyway, it is a meditation practice that isn’t main stream meditation, it helps us to be aware of self and of the experience right here right now not thinking about yesterday or one minute before this moment right here right now or not thinking about the next moment that isn’t here yet when we do this it does not leave room for regret, or stress about what could be about to happen or what might happen! It is a very good practice to learn to be aware of her self and learn to except self and learn to love ourselves find our happy so many people are searching for their happiness and this is a wonderful way to begin finding ourselves!
