Remember that you have a choice. If you know you have a test on Friday you should be studying, putting in that work. Its what I want you to realize is that Seasonal Affective Disorder aka Seasonal Depression isn't a unescapable prison. The seasons are always going to change, its up to us to ADAPT. Change your routine that best serves you and your mental health especially. No being on earth is forcing us into SAD. Do not box yourself in. Since the pandemic we all know how it feels to experience forced isolation. Just because you're alone doesn't mean you can't be happy or entertained.
