Donna Burke is a former soccer player and now entrepreneur. She always knew she had a passion for soccer ever since she was a little kid, and she would watch her brother play on the field. After playing recreational and travel soccer several years, Burke went off to college and realized that competing at that level wasn't the best for as she wanted to explore other parts of the college experience. However, she did compete as a member of the club soccer team at FSU, and was able to play in various tournaments. Now, as an entrepreneur, Burke works as a managing director for PRTCL Products, which is the official sponsor of the women's soccer team, North Carolina Courage. She is a true innovator with her role in the company, as it normally has been run by men in the past, and now as a female proves that women can do anything. In fact, 90% of the people she works with/work for her are indeed women who as passionate about the fact that girls can still be just as powerful or maybe even more powerful as men in their everyday lives.
