This weeks episode is almost ten years in the making. In 2010, I was a religious watcher of American Idol. While watching the show, my favorite contestant from season 9 was Didi Benami. I thought she was beyond cool, and extremely talented. The summer after the season wrapped, I went to the opening night of the American Idol summer tour in July 2010. Not only did I go to the concert, but I was fortunate enough to go to meet and greet, and spend time with Benami herself. Getting to hang out with Didi was one of the coolest experiences I have ever been part of. Fast forward 10 years later, and I am beginning this journey to making it big. I wrote up a few emails, and was able to get Didi Benami on my podcast. This week you'll hear and learn more about Didi, as well as find out what she is up to now a decade after she was on American Idol. It was so amazing reconnecting with Didi after all these years. One thing that I know, is that her and I will NOT go 10 years without communication ever again. Thank you so much again to Didi and her awesome team for making this unforgettable opportunity happen.
