Gerianne Perez is a musical theatre star who is best known for her work in the hit Broadway musical, Waitress. Prior to the COVID pandemic, she got the opportunity to be on the national tour of Waitress along side season 2 podcast guest, Bailey McCall. She was lucky enough to be on tour and travel with the show for two years. After the Broadway shutdown because of COVID, Perez got the opportunity to bring the show back to Broadway with the composer of the show, Sara Barreilles. In both companies she got to part take in, Perez was a swing and understudied the role of Dawn. Waitress has made a huge impact on Perez and her career and she hopes it continues to to touch the lives of many others just like it touched her.
