In this episode of Campbell's Footballs, I chat to BBC Sport journalist Jordan Elgott. Jordan is starting out in the world of the media and in the podcast Jordan talks to me about his journey so far in sport. He talks vividly about his involvement compiling highlights for the Test Match Special team as well as other roles and jobs he has done at the BBC, giving good advice on how to get involved. Jordan goes on to talk about his time at BBC Scotland where he has had some fantastic involvement with people such as Billy Dodds, Jonathan Sutherland. Tom English and previous guest on the show, Jamie Lyall. Jordan also recalls a very interesting story from his time working at a match at Arbroath FC.
Away from journalism, Jordan is an avid Manchester City fan and we talk in this episode about life following City. Stories involve following that famous finale against QPR and other general chat about players and managers over time. Jordan finishes by picking his best Man City XI in my new Best XIs feature on the show.
