Joining me on todays podcast is Glenn Karlsson from Sweden. Glenn and I met while I was having a casual Sunday afternoon walk down near the Malmö harbour. He was celebrating 365 days straight of jumping in the freezing Baltic Sea with his friends. It was great to meet such a positive person who was warm and welcoming. His story is about his mindset and achieving goals that he once thought were unreachable.
