Students need to learn how to guard their personal data, be wise consumers of information, and demonstrate high quality learning. What is a digital citizen? Google has created a curriculum called Applied Digital Skills which contains lessons and content for late elementary students to adult learners. Leadership.  She is a Google Educator 1, 2, and Trainer certified and has recently become a Google Innovator, SWE17. She loves learning and joining others in their journey to learn. She thinks the most difficult challenge educators face is to convince students they are in charge of their learning. Teacher agency is a strong theme in her view of professional development as well as student voice in learning.
