Happy August, everyone ...
In this week's episode, Rotem and Frank swing back into the old routine a bit for the first time in months. NBA games are back and the betting fever is real, but have no fear - the guys are here to break down some of the biggest matchups this week: Mavericks vs. Clippers, Celtics vs. Raptors, and last but not least, Spurs vs. Pelicans.
Before that, though, the fellas discuss the future of the MLB season, which is suddenly hanging by a thread just a couple weeks after it began. The coronavirus has begun to strike within ballclubs like the Marlins and Phillies, but commissioner Rob Manfred is adamant that the season is going to proceed. Rotem and Frank share their thoughts on what might happen.
Additional topics include the NFL Top 100 list, which was announced a few days ago, as well as a brand new segment known as "What are the odds?". In this segment, the guys hypothesize some sports-related scenarios and analyze how they would bet on them. This week, the discussed matters include 76ers' HC Brett Brown getting fired, Antonio Brown's NFL future and the HBP total on Houston Astros players.
