Description

Use this recording to help you let go of tension. At first you might notice your thoughts are very loud. With practice you will be able to find your breath. Let the thoughts come and go. Let the breath come and go. There is nothing to do. Practice being a witness of your thoughts. Observe breath.

The more you practice the easier it will get to stay with breath.
