This episode provides a conversation with Lee Marinko, a physical therapist and theAssociate Professor in physical and athletic training. She shared how physical activities benefit different conditions. She also talked about different types of exercise that people can practice at home during social distancing.
About Lee Marinko: Professor Marinko specializes in manual therapy, orthopedics and sports-related injuries; musculoskeletal related disorders including pain related to upper and lower extremity movement dysfunction,
knee osteoarthritis, spinal disorders, temporomandibular dysfunction and the utilization of therapeutic exercise to enhance function. Her recent scholarly interests include utilization of patient-reported outcomes in clinical practice.
