Description

This episode provides a conversation with dietitian/nutritionist Clare Murphy on BU Sargent Choice Nutrition Center and tips on healthy eating on campus.

As one of the many nutritionists working at Sargent Choice Nutrition Center, Clare collaborates with her clients to navigate their food environment, working towards a joyful, flexible, balanced, and sustainable healthy eating pattern. She works closely with BU Dining Services to develop and maintain recipes. Clare also works to assure all recipe and nutrition information for Dining Services is complete and accurate.
