Shepherd's Summer Internship & Fellowship (year) offer high school grads, college students/grads, and young adults in various postures of life scenarios opportunities to serve in paid roles of urban ministry. They gain experience working in various departments, discern vocation, journey with mentors, learn life lessons in community with peers, mentors, supervisors, and leaders all while joining the mission to break the cycle of poverty by sharing the love of Christ daily with kids and teens from the neighborhoods on the near Eastside of Indianapolis.
