Today give yourself as much time as you need to process your pain and trauma. When you make time to process your trauma it can no longer torment you and hold you hostage.
The voices of doubt, shame, anger, and embarrassment begins to dissipate when you identify them, call them out and speak to them.

Call to Action: Process your anger, hurt, frustration, bitterness, and resentment by writing a letter to yourself or to your abuser. Do not give the letter to anyone. Use it as a tool to process your emotions.
Remember...THIS is your community, and WE are your tribe. YOU are part of my extended family. And when I say I love you and I believe in you, it’s because I truly do.
