Love your self enough to release self imposed guilt and shame. You are enough, You already do too much. Release yourself by stop replaying your mistakes and short comings. Stop playing the broken record of self- criticism.
Unconditional self love says I forgive myself for the mistakes that I've made. I didn't have the tools during those times to choose better.
Today I'm stronger and my past does not dictate my future.
