Failure is a result of lacking ownership of the vision. This message challenges everyone to know and follow the requirements for a compelling vision. Visionaries know that it will requires sacrifice for the vision to come to pass. To win in life, you need to own your life. Vision demands moral authority, leaders fail in fulfilling their duties because they fail morally. Morality is a standard for leadership.
