Riggs: All right everyone, this is the very first CEO webinar, and I'm going to be trying out some new features here. So, the general structure of this webinar is to have some basic slides that recap what's going on and then we will have maybe some special things, run some videos. I've been experimenting with the video capability, it's quite good, but I'm not going to show you skiing videos although I'd love to, but things that are of interest of course in the water industry. Without further ado, I'm going to go ahead and start to share the screen and we'll get into the actual CEO briefing. So, here we go.
