During the interview, we discuss plant based diets, her health journey, and running a restaurant in Johnson City, TN. We also discussed the Netflix documentary, The Game Changers (see the trailer on YouTube here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iSpglxHTJVM ).
Jen Shipley owns Frannie’s Vegan Cafe, which is the only vegan restaurant in Johnson City that serves hot food. Jen states that clients from all over the country have visited her restaurant.
