We kicked off the 2021 season of The Johnson City Small Business Podcast with an interview with Kellie Ritsko of Johnson City Heating & Air.

Kellie Taylor Ritsko grew up in Johnson City, TN, near Fairmont Elementary. Some of her best memories include the Annual Christmas Parade in Downtown Johnson City. Kellie’s relatives worked at the buildings in Downtown Johnson City, so they would watch the parade from the upper story windows.

During the interview, we discuss engaging talent, owning the results, humility, The Innovator’s Dilemma, and utilizing the client database to find the next great hire.

Johnson City Heating & Air is a family owned and operated (Ed & Kellie Ritsko) small business serving Johnson City and the surrounding areas. Kellie’s vision is to make sure the clients of Johnson City Heating & Air know that their satisfaction is paramount to the success of the company.
