Description

Which comes first, physical illness and then mental illness, OR does the brain create illness in the body?  

We have found it is the latter. 

Whatever the brain believes the body will manifest.   

The body just doesn't one day wake up and stop making dopamine.  

 The brain regulates all of the functions. So if we are thinking thoughts that are repetitive and negative the body will follow suit and make adjustments to it's neurotransmitters.   

Chronic stress fatigues the body and we know it causes chronic disease.
