HAPPY MENSTRUATION MAY!!!!! This month we are going to have some BLOODY fun talking about all things messy, gross and embarrassing about periods :,) To kick off this month we are going to address the "what the fuck is going on" phase of your period aka PMS-ing. I talk about the symptoms and go into detail with the top 3 (voted top 3 by me) and give some tips and tricks on how to ease the symptoms.
This month is all about letting others know they are not alone in this. I know how hard and uncomfortable periods can be to 1. have and 2. to talk about so I am here to go through it with you. You are not alone & we are all in this together.
