This weeks episode we are talking all about having your period in the summer. I discuss my struggles of missing out on pool parties, beach events, and warm weather because of my tampon struggle. I share about how I would use a pad while swimming, some tips and things to know about swimming on your period, and as always a bunch of embarrassing stories and experiences.
This month is all about letting others know they are not alone in this. I know how hard and uncomfortable periods can be to 1. have and 2. to talk about so I am here to go through it with you. You are not alone & we are all in this together.
