This week I am continuing my open discussions about talking about my realistic new year goals & aspirations. In the past I set unrealistic goals so far out of reach and I would feel like shit when I wouldn’t complete them. This year I am setting goals to benefit me personally.
This week I am talking about my #1 goal of the new year: to start going to therapy to sort out all the shit in my noggin!!! I have been wanting to find a therapist for a while but I have been putting it off for far too long finding every excuse in the book to not start. I discuss the steps I have taken so far to help myself get there. I am making this episode as a way to push myself in the right direction of getting off my ass, stop wishing and start researching and looking for my ~perfect match~.
