"If they want to be more disciplined? I would probably start at figuring out your why. Because discipline makes sense when you have why, when you have a goal, when you have a purpose. And unfortunately, many people these days don't have a clear sense of purpose. Viktor Frankl, probably one of the biggest voices in this field. He says that society is living in a crisis of meaning.
My truth is that this whole universe is a play of consciousness. It's an expression of something that lies beyond everything. And we, too, are an expression of that infinite consciousness. And so let us play on, let us live without fear. Let us live. Knowing who we truly are and expressing ourselves."
