The premise of this episode is to send a strong reminder to prioritize sleep and incorporate de-stress habits into your routine to avoid any illnesses or attacks associated with stress. Dylan recognized that compounded high-stress events, lack of sleep, and no proactive de-stress efforts are what lead to his attack.
