Learn to be in the moment, this very moment and reprogramming your default. We, as humans, tend to obsess about ourselves, thinking about the past, the future--anything other than what’s actually happening RIGHT now. That is our default, but what if you can reprogram your default? With meditation, I have learned to turn off that default mode, not only when meditating, but even when I am not in meditation. Become consciously focused on what you’re doing… where you’re spending your time, physically AND mentally… and of course, emotionally… Stop being yanked around by the voices in your head.
