The Baron Roman Ungern-Sternberg is one of my favorite characters of the 20th Century. Involved in 3 separate major wars, the Baron fought for the Russians, conquered the Mongolian capital, and was shrouded in mystery. He is known by some as the last Kahn of Mongolia, a reincarnated God of War, and blessed by the Dalai Lama as a patron Saint of War.
