I sat down again with Jamil Hvakr of Sustainable Jiu Jitsu & Gladiator Wrestling. Jamil runs the @coffee_and.chokes Instagram page where he helps promote the Perth jiu jitsu scene through in a variety of different ways.
Jamil recently competed in his first wrasslin tournament so we had a chat about his preparation and the ups and downs of the day. We also had a chat about Jamil's experience with blending both jiu jitsu and wrestling and how it has improved his overall grappling skills.
