I sat down with Jack Della ahead of his main event slot against Aldin Bates in Perth on Eternal MMA #53 on October 10th.
Jack is a professional MMA fighter out of Scrappy MMA & Fitness, he holds a pro record of 8-2 and has defended the Eternal MMA Welterweight belt 3 times.
We spoke about his upcoming matchup, his martial arts journey to this point so far and all things that go into preparing for an MMA fight, including the weight cut, nutrition, recovery etc. Jack spoke about his hopes of making it into the UFC and what the martial arts scene in both Australia and Perth is like from his perspective and much more.
