Mindset is such a powerful thing. Especially when we are ready to make changes.
The first pillar to developing a strong mindset is to, 1. Know your WHY. Ask yourself, why do you want the things you want? It has to be powerful, meaningful, and greater than yourself. Next, we talk about language. Number 2 is about how you talk to yourself, and how that can change what you believe about yourself. This could be about eliminating certain words, or adding in others. Before taking action, we need to get a handle on how you view yourself. The third pillar we talk about is being OKAY with being a beginner. Often we expect results that happen instantly, when in reality, progress takes time. View each step as an opportunity to learn, grow, and develop.
