Taegukgi (2004) drops us in the advent of the Korean War; two brothers find themselves drafted in the South Korean army and their brotherly love puts them at odds against each other in a paradoxical way. In their struggle to survive a torrent of destruction and chaos, their love for one another is tested and brought to light.
