In this podcast episode I share my experience with Peony (Paeonia officinalis). Unlike the tea meditations this was an in person exchange during a photoshoot with a my favorite fine art photographer @secretgardenwalden in her 35 year old perennial gardens. Her photographs of me and her lucious peonies are the next two slides so you can get a visual of what I was talking about in the episode. This plant has supported me mostly energetically but also physically with hormone balance. I hope you enjoy this dreamy story as much as I did back when the flowers were ripe with essence and aroma. 🌸
