The guest we have today, Barbara S. Pound, She is a Founder and CEO @ Bardess Group Ltd. Along her career journey, she handled lot of variety of roles and responsibilities. Currently, she is working with TangetWorks and Gartner to become a cool vendor.
She is passionate about an entrepreneurship and truly leading her passion. She has lot more to share about - unique skills, giving back to the community, career growth, gender equality, work life balance and leadership.
While talking about her experience working in a male dominating work culture in the past she mentioned that - "It was difficult then, but now there is lot more progress, women are doing great now, but definitely women needs to support more each other. Also, gain more knowledge, more assertive to be equal in the work environment."
