As African men and women Therapy is taboo to our community. We are taught to pray, put it all in Gods hands! We feel judged or considered “crazy “ or isolated but I got a chance to sit alongside some great women to speak on why we think mental health is important in the African American community and why it shouldn’t be so taboo!
