I recently got back from a two week, 200 hour yoga-teacher training at the Blue Osa in Costa Rica.


Part of my experience there included practices of morning silence & meditations, and prayer around meal times.


In this episode of the Fall In Love With Fitness Podcast, I’d like to share with you the morning meditation ritual that we practiced every day.


This meditation is a perfect way to start your day. It will help you feel grounded, it will help you focus on the abundance that is present in your life and will guide you away from darkness, towards light and love.


Now remember, athletes, health and fitness is not just about your physical body. Your mind plays an extremely important part when it comes to you achieving your goals and becoming the badass athlete you’re meant to be.


Nutrition and exercise might be the key to a healthy body, but meditation is the key to a healthy mind.
