In this episode Jen and Lara chat for the very first time, Lara shares her observations in moving from Canada to the UK and the different ways boys and girls are treated around being active. This unconsciously took her to studying politics and being an activist in helping get women more active. As a lifelong athlete she knows and understands the importance of looking after your health.
