Jen is a wife to a strong loving leader and mother of one handsome, creative, and curious tween inventor. An urban city dweller transplant from Trinidad, now living in Mass she has a love for the upbeat gospel, jazz, hip hop, contemporary, and lofi music, spicy food, the sunny outdoors, traveling to fun places, Zumba, barre, Pilates, weight lifting and connecting with others near and far. As a former health and wellness Coach I believe success is significant however must be holistic in nature and must encompass mind-body, spirit, and soul attention, which is why I love to attend to all the senses. Being an Enneagram 7 and IDSC Disc profile, I love being able to connect with people and be a part of their life’s journey, all the while creating memories and documenting important milestones throughout their lives which is why I love Coaching. Coaching is my passion, it’s what I have been called and designed to do in this life.. I'm honored to have the privilege of walking alongside clients on their life and money journey as they create a new story. I do that by providing quality heart-centered valued based service in which client experiences and remembers their goals and journey as their own. My coaching style encompasses a mix of traditional, valued, heart-centered, narrative, and strength-based. It brings me joy as I spark curiosity and creativity in sessions which leads to the client’s light bulb aha moments and mindsets shifts. I believe every client is naturally creative, resourceful, and whole and have the answers. They simply invest in themselves using me as their guide to help them lift the fog from their life stories to get them where they want to be faster and funnier😊. Since life is serious and money is taboo and not sexy, I love to keep sessions light-hearted and fun so I use imagery, metaphors, and games to welcome each client and tailor sessions through various personal personality assessments. This integrative framework captures the essence of our relationship and conveys the spirit of who clients are while addressing their goals, stories, actions, and results. I invite clients to claim their unique brilliance throughout their coaching journey as they build a new narrative and forge their legacy. All of which is my absolute goal for every single person I help and that to me is a successful practice!!
