1 Peter 1:13-2:12 (Mason Bramer, Sam Reader, Chris Burke)
After defining the identity of the recipients of this letter as “chosen exiles”, Peter begins to help these Christians be who they are. Moving from description to prescription, Peter gives four overarching commands in this section meant to help believers live according to their calling: 1) set your hope on Jesus’ grace 2) be holy 3) love one another 4) crave pure spiritual milk.
