As we conclude our expansive study of the life and influence of King Solomon, we now turn our focus to the Gospel of Matthew. In it we find a story where Jesus, while being challenged by the religious teachers of his day, claimed to be “greater than Solomon”. This week we will consider the manifold ways in which Jesus is the greater Solomon.
