Jesus moves out of the realm of metaphor and brings to the forefront His perfect love for us. Again, Jesus uses few words to portray the weighty realities of His commitment to us evidenced by His sacrifice for us, our love for Him expressed in our obedience to Him, and His eternal, unshakeable joy becoming our own everlasting joy. This week we’ll look at what it means to know, love, and trust Jesus, as well as how to love others like Him.
