Psalm 42 (Mason Bramer, Chris Burke, Sam Reader)
In this Psalm, we find a writer who pours out his soul, which is overwhelmed with sorrow and grief, to the Lord. Yet, this is not passive complaining. The Psalmist takes his heart in hand, and begins the hard and necessary work of putting his hope in God. In Psalm 42 we can learn how God enters into our sadness and strife, and how we can interact with him in the midst of it.
