Authentic means. Not fasle. Genuine. Not a copy real true to oneself. Some people try to pretend to be who they are not to try and get other people to accept them but if people can't accept you has you are you are better of not knowing. Them i am not saying that there is never a need to change something about ourselves i am going to. Start eating more vegetables and fruits.
