Mindset is everything. On this episode, Cristabelle Braden welcomes guest Tracy Yatsko (PBS39 Television Host & Producer) to share about her story of surviving a brain injury, overcoming depression and anxiety, and what it looks like to have a fighter mindset. She also shares some great advice on self care and forming healthy habits, and how that relates to healing from trauma.

•ABOUT TRACY•

Tracy Yatsko is a survivor, speaker, reporter and producer. She joined the board of the Brain Injury Association of Pennsylvania in 2019 and is currently with Lehigh Valley Public Media, Home of PBS39 in Bethlehem. In 2005, Tracy sustained a concussion that completely shifted her life... from having hopes and dreams of getting a Division one scholarship in track and field to fighting daily for hope and survival. Tracy became the voice of the Pennsylvania Concussion Bill, Safety in Youth Sports Act, and continues to raise her voice for concussion awareness and all things hope, healing, and happiness. Last March, Tracy produced and hosted a 30-minute special on brain injury, Out of the Darkness, on PBS39. Tracy unashamedly loves Jesus and is focusing on following the path he set out for her. Pursuing him and her purpose, an incredible gift from the Lord. She is very involved in her church, Greater Shiloh Church, and has a passion for worshipping and spiritual theater.
