•ABOUT LAURA•

Laura J. Hanson is a writer and therapeutic yoga teacher (RYT-500) who uses mindful movement, breathwork, Yoga Nidra, and meditation to help her clients deepen their self-awareness and ground in the present moment. She also works with reflection and journaling as a modality for emotional processing and self-regulation. Given her own experience with anxiety and chronic stress, Laura specializes in supporting women that may be feeling burnt out, overwhelmed, or energetically depleted. It's Laura's mission to meet each student where they are, and help them develop mind-body practices that allow them to show up as their most empowered, energized, and supported selves. Laura is currently based in Charlotte, NC and works with individuals and groups both virtually and in-person. Launching in June, Anchor in the Breath is Laura's new virtual studio for self-discovery and personal transformation. Offering twice weekly classes, from mindful movement and breathwork to Yoga Nidra and journaling, this online platform supports the outer work, as well as the inner work, within your own personal wellness journey.
