This is a challenging time for us all. Let’s be intentional with forming healthy habits on consuming news, fact checking, and staying centered during the Coronavirus pandemic.
Reflections is a series of special episodes, each on a different topic - today, Cristabelle is joined by guest Tracy Yatsko (PBS39 Television Host & Producer) to share her perspective as a news reporter on the Coronavirus pandemic, and how to consume news in a healthier way. (Check out Ep.2 to hear Tracy’s full story!)

•ABOUT TRACY•
Tracy Yatsko is a survivor, speaker, reporter and producer. She joined the board of the Brain Injury Association of Pennsylvania in 2019 and is currently with Lehigh Valley Public Media, Home of PBS39 in Bethlehem. In 2005, Tracy sustained a concussion that completely shifted her life... from having hopes and dreams of getting a Division one scholarship in track and field to fighting daily for hope and survival. Tracy became the voice of the Pennsylvania Concussion Bill, Safety in Youth Sports Act, and continues to raise her voice for concussion awareness and all things hope, healing, and happiness. Last March, Tracy produced and hosted a 30-minute special on brain injury, Out of the Darkness, on PBS39. Tracy unashamedly loves Jesus and is focusing on following the path he set out for her. Pursuing him and her purpose, an incredible gift from the Lord. She is very involved in her church, Greater Shiloh Church, and has a passion for worshipping and spiritual theater.
