I heard a quote this week that said, "life isn't about finding yourself, it's about creating yourself" and I love this quote because in my own life I see examples of how I've remixed it a bit to fit within the context of real estate specifically and that is, real estate is not about finding good deals. It's about creating good deals." To be able to play the game at the highest level, I've learned how important it is to be a creator, not a follower. You can't just look at the MLS and hope to "find" deals. Or get in your car and drive looking at abandoned houses to "find deals". Which those things may help, that's not all. You have to create opportunities that may not be visibly obvious to you or other investors. And so much of creating deals is focused on making solid offers. 

On today's episode, we're going to talk about how to make those offers with some muscle behind them that not only get accepted but also create deals that others would have passed on or not been able to successfully negotiate.
