In this episode of the Made to Lead podcast, Felicia is joined by Faith Brown, a senior at UIUC studying Dance with a minor in business as well as a certification in Yoga and Leadership Studies. Faith discusses her work establishing Fine and Applied Arts Black and the dance department's Black Advocacy Team, and she shares how these organizations have strived to uplift and strengthen the black arts community on campus. Faith talks about her perspectives on diversity and inclusion and how dance performance ties into these concepts. Finally, Faith shares her perspective on community-building and how the Illinois Leadership Certificate program has helped her achieve her leadership goals.
