In part two on her interview, Bianca walks us through her journey of student employment and how it has shaped her college experience, from community college to working on her Master's degree at UIUC. She opens up about the barriers she has had to overcome as a first-generation college student as they relate to employment, specifically comparison and imposter syndrome, and how they have shaped her personal and professional experiences.
