On this episode we interviewed J.C Campagna Left Winger for the Norfolk Admirals of the ECHL. We talk about his time in Sarnia with the Sting for Juniors, his professional career with the Norfolk Admirals, Fort Wayne Komets and Chicago Wolves. JC is a huge fan of roller hockey in the summer so we dive into some roller hockey. We also talk about what life is right now dealing with everything happening with COVID-19, ECHL pay cuts, Campy's corner (his military/first responders foundation), and Da' Shot Company.
