In today's episode, we talk with Elizabeth Kirwan about how our body stores trauma, what a trauma brain looks like, what to look for in a therapist, and many resources and practices you can begin to do at home to help heal trauma.

Elizabeth Kirwan is an Indigenous Christian who grew up in the Northwest Territories. She loves spending time in nature including backpacking in the Rockies, walking her dog, and caring for her gardens.
